Josie's Power Shake

Preparation:

Blender, one that is strong enough to liquify ice and frozen foods works best.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 heaping Tablespoons peanut butter
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup ice
1/3 cup milk

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients together in blender until liquified to desired consistency.
